Ladies and gentlemen, it is my pleasure to welcome you aboard Aerocënse. The word Aerocënse comes from the prefix aero, which means air, and the ending on incense like the fragrant sticks. The accent above the e was added just because it made the word look cool and foreign. When I created this company, I chose travel as a theme because I love traveling and its joy. Each trip and experience create stories that last forever, and I wanted to create a brand representing that feeling. With the branding down, I chose to do candles as an interest. I never made candles as a hobby, but it seemed like something cool to do. I was also interested in fragrances. I believe smells can be critical, especially when it comes to first impressions. While it isn't candles directly, this was the beginning of my interest in the industry. This led to research on candles and was the start of Aerocënse.

Our Mission

Aerocënse is a fragrance company that is focused on making an impact on the world through our efforts on implementing sound environmental practices and giving back to communities in need. We make luxury candles that are ethically sourced, sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of significant delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the shipping option you choose and your location:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days | Express Shipping: 1-2 business days | International Shipping: 7-21 business days | Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, and Europe. At this time.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with their shipment. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are due upon receipt of the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you experience any issues, feel free to contact our support team for further assistance.

Return & Refund Policy

At Aerocense, we want you to love our candles as much as we love making them. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

If you wish to return your candle, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Used candles, Gift cards, Sale items (if applicable) are Non-Returnable Items.

To initiate a return, please contact us at yourfriends@aerocense.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

We take great care to ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or offer a refund at no additional cost.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at yourfriends@aerocense.com

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yourfriends@aerocense.com and we will guide you through the process.
